All of a sudden, as  dawn was ushering in  on 15 August 1975  the  historic house at Road No. 32 Dhanmondi  and  some  other targatted  houses were attacked by a group of treacherous soldiers.
In  that  massacre  they  killed  the  Father  of  the  Nation, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman
